Collection: Commissions!

Commissions are open!! Please use contact form to request commissions from me! It is the quickest way to get a commission! Please read TOS before submitting!! I understand it is long, but it is super important!!

Average TAT: 1-3 weeks per piece. PLEASE NOTE. This is per piece. This clock does not start until I have started the sketch phase! If there are people infront of you please be patient! Use the tracker below to check where things are!

Derp face : $25 
Chibi : $35 (+$15 for headshot addition) 
Head shot : $55 
Bust : $75 
Half body : $95 
Full body : $125 
REf sheets : $150 
>Nsfw Options available for bust,half  
body, and full body. +$10 
>Add ons include: 
Pets - $25 
Semi complex backgrounds - $50-$75 
Additional characters - $50 per character 
Semi complex scenes/poses - $55-$100 (this can include small 
comic panels, nsfw scenes, or whatever you can think of, i do have 
the right to refuse. Pricings vary upon requests) 
>All commissions are entitled to a simple background! If you would 
like it transparent please let me know!! 
>Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as 
profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please 
contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional 
fees for commercial rights. I love making logos though so please 
feel free to reach out! 
>I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is 
strictly prohibited. 
>I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested 
otherwise. (please feel free to request this. I get that some things 
people like to keep private!!) I am allowed to include the artwork in 
my portfolio.  
>Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any 
game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints 
and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.  
>Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the 
price may increase depending on additional details and the 
complexity of the commission. 
>I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill 
level may not meet your request or if the request falls under 
subjects I will not do. I do not want to give you a bad drawing!! If I 
feel like it is out of my area I would rather be up front about it so 
no one is dissapointed.  
>Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush 
orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees up to 50% 
of original pricing. Please give me at most 1 month max to 
complete the commission just in case something arises. If for 
some reason I cannot complete it I will be completely transparent 
about it. Life happens!! I value quality. I want everyone to be happy 
with the art provided, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask 
for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide 
updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases. 
>Reposting and sharing the artwork is awesome! But please credit 
@Raeillustrates 
>Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may 
result in additional fees. This also can make it difficult to give you 
what you are imagining since we are not the same brain! Providing 
full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your 
request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. 
Payment 
>Payment is via PayPal or through my Shopify website! An invoice 
will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) 
must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, I 
will work on your commission but will not email the finished piece 
without full payment. ( you will get to see it of course but it's heavily 
watermarked.) 
>If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying 
the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can 
give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum). 
In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at 
all you will be refunded your deposit since this is no fault of your 
own. If you change your mind after the sketch is approved you will 
not be refunded your deposit.  
>Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior 
against me during the process will result in me canceling the 
commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon 
cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the deposit. 
Process 
>Before I start you can change any of the reference information as 
necessary, but as soon as I start no major changes can be made!! 
>Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat 
color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions 
before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation 
of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be 
requested at this point unless issued by me. 
>Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. You 
are allowed minor edits!! 
>Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res 
.png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media 
posting. No physical product will be delivered. 
>ALL PIECES WILL HAVE A SMALL WATERMARK! This is 
non-negotiable!! Placement can be negotiable, but it does have to 
be visible. (This excludes commercial work.)
By commissioning me, this means you have 
properly read, understand, and AGREE to 
the terms listed above and on the invoice.
